    Position Overview

    We are seeking skilled and reliable Field Technicians to join our growing network of contractors. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople or independent contractors who want the freedom to set their own schedule, choose their jobs, and get paid weekly for completed work.

    As a Punchlist Pros Field Technician, you’ll handle a variety of residential repair and improvement projects, helping homeowners and realtors bring homes to market faster and at higher value.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Complete assigned repair and maintenance jobs efficiently and professionally.

    - Communicate clearly with clients and the Punchlist Pros operations team.

    - Provide accurate time and material estimates when needed.

    - Maintain high-quality standards on every project.

    - Ensure work areas are clean and presentable after job completion.

    - Report completion and submit documentation/photos through the client portal.

    Requirements

    - Experience in one or more trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.).

    - Strong communication and customer service skills.

    - Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

    - Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor (not a W-2 employee).

    Compensation & Benefits

    Commission: 25% of total job revenue.

    Payment: Weekly direct deposit for completed jobs.

    Flexibility: Accept or decline jobs based on your schedule.

  • Sales & Marketing Coordinator

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to help expand our client base and strengthen our brand presence. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career professional who is confident, charismatic, and enjoys talking with people. The position focuses on managing sales outreach, maintaining our CRM system, and developing engaging marketing content.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    - Log, track, and maintain all deals and leads in the company CRM.

    - Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

    - Send professional and persuasive sales emails and messages to promote services.

    - Confidently introduce Punchlist Pros to new contacts, clearly explaining our services and benefits.

    - Create, schedule, and post social media content aligned with company goals.

    - Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

    - Provide weekly updates on lead progress and marketing performance.

     

    Qualifications

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    - Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with clients professionally and confidently.

    - Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

    - Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus but not required.

    - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

     

    Compensation & Growth

    Part-time: Flexible hours to accommodate class or work schedules. This is a 1099 role. 

    Compensation: $18-$20/hour (Based on Experience) 

    Growth Opportunity: This position may transition into a full-time role for the right candidate, based on mutual interest and performance.
